Livience PCD S01E08: Who Should Have Been the Winner? Apr 25, 2007 1:45 PM Who should have been the next Pussycat Doll? Do you think the judges made the right choice? Who do you think would have made the best Pussycat Doll? Last week, we erroneously predicted that Melissa R would be the winner. We, did, however agree that Chelsea would be in last place. Also, we all agreed that Melissa S deserved to be booted last week (except for me; I thought Chelsea was the worst).
Livience PCD S01E08: Jelinas Reviews "The Girl Who Becomes a Doll" (SPOILERS!!) Apr 25, 2007 1:35 PM The group with a bunch of girls will add one of these girls to the mix. Things I Like About This Show 1. The hott choreography 2. The drama 3. The short season length Things I Hate About This Show 1. The sub-par singing 2. The ridiculously over-the-top hoochie outfits 3. How boring the finale was Yes, the finale was rather boring. So anticlimactic after all the drama we saw this season. The only really interesting parts were when Asia and Melissa were bickering, and even that was kinda "meh." The best part of the finale was the live chat taking place during it (the AI live chat kinda morphed into a PCD live chat after AI was over. Molly didn't even know that it aired on Tuesday nights!). Fun times, ladies! Anyhoots, I know what you're really waiting for: RANKINGS! 3. Chelsea SO glad she didn't win it. It would have been a travesty if she'd won. She totally messed up -- vocally AND choreographically -- in the group performance. Her solo vocal was pretty meh, too (although I think the fault rather lies with the song choice, there, which wasn't her fault). All in all, I'm glad she didn't win. She wasn't the best. 2. Melissa R So close, but no cigar. I like Melissa R. I've always had a hard time choosing between her and Asia when it comes to rankings. Usually, I pick Melissa because she seems somewhat more dependable, professional. Then I remember that this is the Pussycat Dolls, not, like, IBM or something. They want someone with a li'l fire in the belly. Melissa R is talented, no doubt about that. But I think she'll do okay no matter what. She always has that whole doctor thing to fall back on. 1. Asia Winna Winna Winna!! So, they actually got it right. They picked the right girl. Asia is the best dancer and her singing doesn't matter that much. She's a confident performer and has flair (i.e. a bad temper). That should make her a perfect fit for a group like PCD. In other news, they are apparently casting for Season Two of this show. DUDE, how many kittens is this group going to have?? Crazy!! I'm tempted to say that I won't be back for another season, but, in my heart of hearts, I know that I can't stay away from choreography this ossom. *sigh* So I suppose I'll see you all next season. P.S. Doncha wish your girlfriend was hott like me? DONCHA??? ;)
AIMEESUGAR Winner... Apr 25, 2007 8:48 AM Asia? Really? I was a bit surprised, I still thought it was going to be Melissa. But she did rock it with the Dolls at the end. Random side note- did anyone else notice Lil Kim's uni-boob? It TOTALLY freaked me out. :rotfl:
